Went on a quiet Tues to the old city and chanced upon this rice cracker store. The owner was very friendly and a good salesperson! He generously and patiently offered us a cookie from every flavor and explained the difference in cost (one is for personal consumption, one is for gifting). 2024年10月下旬遊訪倉敷時偶然造訪的一家傳統手工煎餅（仙貝 せんべい）店，接待我們的老闆給人感覺非常溫暖，和藹笑容，親切招呼，大方地請我試吃了不少煎餅，在服務態度上絕對是滿分。 他們家出產的煎餅，也如老闆那般，嚐起來非常舒服順口，最熱銷的莫過於使用日本岡山米做原料的「米乃蔵」系列，有「柚子 ゆず」（最熱銷）、「雞蛋 たまこ」（銷售第二名）、「生薑 しょうが」、「作州黑大豆」、「花生」、「咖啡」、「海苔」等超多口味，除了買經典熱銷款外，我覺得生薑也非常棒，不嗜甜的人，可以選黑大豆口味，黑豆的香氣，配茶喝超棒，要不是因為這趟旅行是輕裝沒托運行李箱，不然應該半箱都是這些煎餅了，作為旅行的伴手（用日本岡山米製，也算是在地特產呢），不貴又好吃，絕對是熱銷，人人搶著要，帶去辦公室也超快被吃光。 老闆說他去年曾受邀到台灣微風展售過，因為太遠沒什麼機會去微風，能在這次遊訪日本岡山期間偶遇及品嚐到這麼好吃的煎餅，真是太開心了，有來倉敷的各位，務必要試試～聽說老闆明年還要再來台灣展售，有機會一定要再去買一波～

I wish I stayed in Kurashiki longer, I stumbled into this shop when it was around 2:30pm. The owner is extremely friendly and kind letting me sample the crackers (they're more egg based crackers). There are many flavors like ginger, egg but yuzu was the most popular (and my favourite). I hope many more people stumble into and find this shop and meet the owner :) it was the highlight of...

Love this shop. They provide great quality rice cookies. Staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. We tried all their cookies made there and bought a few of them. Our 2 year old son love the egg cookie and asked for more. We will definitely come back if we have the...
