近隣で期待はずれだったので、口直しに一杯、気になっていたラーメン屋さんに来訪。 丸鶏のラーメンと煮干しのラーメンがありまして、迷ったのですが、この日は背脂煮干しを注文。 このお店は初めてでしたが、なかなかの味わい。 東京には煮干しドロドロ系臭み上等脳髄ガツンラーメンがありますが、ここは上品な香り。 しっかり煮干しを感じつつも、パンチはそこそこ。醤油の香りとのバランスも良し。 背脂はチャッチャ系ではなく、塊を少し感じます。 甘みがあり、少し肉の部分も付いていたので、食べ応えもある背脂でした。 麺は細麺。 小麦の香りもして、好きな人は通えそう。 海苔好きネギ好きにはちょっと物足りないトッピングでしたが、味は間違いなし。 量もそれほど多くないので、食べ歩きの後でも頑張れば入りそうです。 トッピングの味玉は目の前で焼印を押してくれます。 初め、焼きごての熱が足りなかったようで不発でしたが、焼き直してしっかり付けてくれました。 味はさほど変わりませんが、見た目はいいですよね。 その肝心のお味ですが、なかはトロトロの半熟卵。 ラーメンの味を壊さない程度の味付けで、これもまたバランスがいい。 追加チャーシューは三種類。 鶏チャーシューはやわらかく、柚子も添えてあって香りよし。噛めば噛むほど味が出ます。 焼きチャーシューはスープに沈めて少しほぐし、麺と一緒に、頂きましたが、デフォルトのチャーシューより味強め。醤油感も肉の味も感じられるので、味変に丁度よさそう。 レアチャーシューは脂の甘みが抜群で、口の中で蕩けます。 これでビール飲みながらというのも乙のような気がしました。 居酒屋ではなく完全にラーメン屋なので、雰囲気としては長居したい感じではないですが。 東京のラーメン屋さんにも負けない、上品でこだわりの感じるラーメン屋さんでした。 次は丸鶏の方も食べてみようと思います。

I was coming back from an onsen and I was very hungry (STARVING). I ordered a special miso ramen set that has ramen (obviously), miso soup, an egg (oh my god the egg taste like it’s from a mythical legendary hen), bamboo shoot, and meat (the meat is unreal but the egg is just UNREAL). they take cash and the machine would give u a ticket, u show the ticket and wait for your food. (They also stamp the onsen symbol on the egg which is pretty cute). HEAR ME OUT ON THIS PART, i am not a ramen person at all, but the first bite and slurp made me question my entire existence and knowledge about ramen. It was INCREDULOUS, INCREDIBLE, AMAZING.
