草津温泉 湯畑泉水 — Hotel in Kusatsu

Beautiful room. Very modern and spacious! Love the private bath on the patio. Only takes a few minutes to walk to Yubatake and 7-11. I like that breakfast is included and a coffee machine on the 2nd floor. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Only thing is that our room was right next to a building with construction and they start at 7:45am.. and stop at like 6pm. Being woken up early and hearing loud banging while trying to enjoy the bath outside is very unpleasant. It brought down my rating of this place a lot as I really value my sleep and relaxation.

Had an extremely pleasant stay. Location was superb - close to Yubetake. Staff were extremely courteous - we were constantly acknowledged while entering and leaving the building. We were also offered free breakfast which was a very nice surprise.

The room we stayed in was spectacular. Highlight was the outdoor bath that was on the balcony. The only thing I didn’t quite enjoy was the noise coming from other hotel guests, especially when they’re using the outdoor bath. This has nothing to do with the hotel however. Perhaps it could be helpful reminding other guests about noise levels when checking in.

This hotel is amazing! Their room was great!! The design of the room was pretty! I enjoyed the harmony of Japanese traditional atmosphere mixed with modern style of western hotel during my stay at the room. Also, as the room has a private bath, I took it as many as possible!!
