Really enjoyed the Wagyu Gyukatsu, beef tongue, and shabu shabu. Was surprised and impressed by the quality of the sushi as the main focus of this restaurant is Wagyu. This undoubtedly was the best sushi I’ve had in Niseko. Good atmosphere, easy location, and friendly chef. Will definitely be back.

The boiled fish here is absolutely amazing and completely took me by surprise! I never expected to find such a delicious Sichuan-style boiled fish at a Japanese restaurant that serves omakase. Unfortunately, I forgot to snap a picture of the grilled wagyu beef, but it was incredible—perfectly crispy on both sides. I highly recommend pairing your meal with wine for the full experience.
