倶知安にある外見はとても控え目な感じのお寿司屋さん。 お寿司屋さんには珍しい女性の方が板前さんです。 マグロが美味しいとの噂を聞き、鉄火巻きを注文。 写真は2人前です。 食べたらビックリするほどマグロの味が濃い〜ぃ、幸せな鉄火巻きでした。 女将さんのお父さん、先代の大将が、マグロにこだわり、マグロがなくなったらお店を閉めるほどだったとのことで、先代の教えを守り今もマグロはこだわっているそうです。 確かに、本鮪の赤身のそれは美味しい鉄火巻きでした。

女将さんも気さくで良い方なのですが、さらに天和の名物と言えるのが、女将さんのお母様！ 180ヶ国語を自由に操る、とてもユニークなお母さんでした！

写真には取らなかったのですが、上握りも格別で、ウニもいくらもぜーんぶ最高でした。 倶知安にこんなに美味しくて、安いお寿司屋さんがあるなんて知らなかった〜。

他にも、海鮮鍋や、鴨鍋が絶品らしいので、次回は試してみたいと思います。 また行きたいと言うか、毎週行きたいお寿司屋さんです！

The proprietress is also friendly and good, but one of the specialties of Tenwa is the proprietress's mother! She was a very unique mother who could speak 180 languages ​​freely!

Although I didn't take it in the picture, Deluxe Sushi Plate was exceptional, and the sea urchins and all were all the best.

I didn't know that Kutchan has such a delicious and cheap sushi restaurant.

Besides, seafood hot pot and duck hot pot seem to be exquisite, so I would like to try it next time. A sushi restaurant that wants to go again or wants to go every week!
