I stopped in for dinner here after I arrived and got settled in at my airbnb. The ambience of the shop is nice, and when I went at 7pm there was a mix of foreigners and Japanese clientele. The chef (and owner I believe) welcomed me warmly, and let me know that should I need anything I could just ring the bell to get his attention. He then provided me with an English menu. I chatted with an Australian family next to me who had just finished their meal, and were telling me how tasty it had been. On their recommendation, I tried the homemade ginger sour (600 yen), broccoli (450 yen), pork cutlet (1,000 yen), as well as the baked cheese cake (650 yen). From the corn tempura, the smashed cucumber, the Caesar salad were all amazing. Followed by the fish, the chicken, potato salad. A delicious experience you wouldn't ever want to miss out on. This planet needs more of this type of place.
