The staff were very friendly and helpful. They proactively introduced the eels of different price ranges and the differences in ingredients at various prices. Since I was a tourist, they detailedly explained the names and functions of all the ingredients after serving the dishes. I ordered the premium eel, which was extremely delicious with tender and fresh meat. I will definitely come back to this restaurant when I visit...

Tried this eel restaurant and loved it! They serve three types of eel, each with its own delicious flavor. I got a highball in the biggest cup I’ve ever seen! The friendly server introduced us to their special Japanese pepper — adding it on top made the flavor pop. Great food, great...

前に西院店に寄りました。 チェーン店では2回目。 今、飛ぶ鳥を落とす勢いの、鰻の成瀬京都烏丸東店さんにやって参りました。 どうでもいいのですが、烏丸東店という事は、ゆくゆくは烏丸西店開店を目論んでられるのでしょうか。 そうなったら楽しいですね。 今回は並と特上の間、上の松をお願いしました。 値段を加味すると、十分満足しました。
