My curiosity and questions were answered by Kyoto Art Gallery, featuring the works of two remarkable artists, Hiroko Hashimoto and Etsuko Aibe. Their creations are delicate, fragile, and often poetic. Their artworks possess the power to connect with their world while simultaneously allowing you to feel that we share much more in common—that all our emotions and feelings are indeed universal. I purchased their artworks, and the experience felt more like a dialogue than a transaction, involving the Gallery, Yukiko, and the artists themselves. I sensed how much Yukiko cares for their artists as well as for their customers. The Gallery is always open to questions and suggestions, such as framing options. Everything is well organized, and the delivery of the artworks went smoothly without any issues.

Wow. What an experience! I collect art from every country I travel to - and it took me a while to find the right place to purchase from in Japan. I'm so glad I found Kyoto Art Gallery! Upon arrival they have a nice collection already hanging on the wall, but they have thousands of paintings in archive. You can select items you're interested in from an iPad, they spend about 5 to 10 minutes sourcing them from the back, and then you can review and compare the work in front of you. I got the most BEAUTIFUL piece! I can't wait to hang it in my home!! Lovely staff. Very helpful....
