The best food I've had in Japan, bar none. Everything was beyond delicious. We got counter seats and the chef and staff were super friendly. Having a couple people along who could speak proper Japanese really added to the experience, I doubt it would have been as delightful in a private room or with more of a language barrier. This was such an excellent culinary adventure! We had the fortunate opportunity to have Maya as our server and she made the experience very special for us. The food was exciting and filled our bellies to the brim. You will try different flavors and textures that the western palate may not be used to, but one thing is consistent, they are all delicious!

First fine dining experience in Japan and they don’t miss. Service, food, and atmosphere were incredible, this is a core memory for the rest of my life.
