In Kyoto, it's a must to plan some slots just for sweets and desserts during the afternoon. Kagizen is an old name, famous for their Kikujyuto and Kuzukiri. And they have three branches. We ordered Kuzukiri, a fresh and icy cold dessert served with brown sugar sauce on a hot day and we couldn’t stop complimenting. I prefer to dip only a part of “the noodle” in the sauce because I don’t like super sweet dessert.
