One of Kyoto's gluten-free gems. Everything is so nice but the fluffy cake made of rice flour they have, is to die for. The lady running the place is gluten allergic herself so she has nailed down her recipes from the pizza and curry to the desserts to a level worthy of recognition. Plus, since Japan has so quality ingredients, everything is quite nutritious and fulfilling. Lastly, one of the most price-quality positive places, because Kyoto already is probably the less inexpensive city in Japan, and the gluten free options tend to be pricy because they need to be very top quality to keep their clientèle and good reviews above par. We only got the chiffon cakes which I loved - so soft and not too sweet - a perfect snack for day of exploration.
