We had the lunch course here on a weekday to celebrate a birthday. Absolutely everything was spectacular, and the food was remarkable. Every dish tasted better than the last, and it was nice to see some western dishes & concepts get worked into some common Japanese dishes.
The price was incredibly reasonable - less than 9,000 JPY per head including service for the course which left us very full. We also had a 20% discount on top of this due to our status on the Bonvoy program (platinum, though unsure from which level the discount applies).
The garden and view was beautiful, and the staff members remembered my request for a window seat, provided a birthday message on a plate to my girlfriend with her name and applied the 20% discount without once having to ask anything.
This meal couldn't have gone any better, and I'll be coming back every time I'm here in the future. Pro tip: the a la carte seemed pretty expensive taking into account just how many dishes were available...
