Ran by a local family, we dined in their beautiful back garden with beautiful red maple tree and greeneries. A quiet homey atmosphere, it was a nice break away from the surrounding hectic tourist traps.
The salad appetizer showed thoughts in preparation and the home-made miso dressing was so good that both the kiddos asked for seconds. The also home-made curry sauce had perfect balance of spice flavor and sweet aroma. The pork and chicken katsu had great crunch on the outside and perfectly cooked juicy-ness on the inside.

However, relatively overpriced (1700 yen for curry rice/omurice) which probably comes with the area, and my beef mushroom curry rice was sad.
