I was suppsed to eat Nishinsoba, which includes a soba and herring a fish. However, as I came here, one menu attracted me. It is ukiya soba, which is one of the original soba in this sobaya. If you hate japanese 'toro' culture, do not try this. the bubbles come from natto. Literally, they put natto with soy sause. I like natto so I dont care about it. The set meals are delicious and incredibly unique. It didn’t hit the spot for my three kids, two of which are teenagers, but my wife and I loved it. The lunch price was a bit more expensive than anticipated given the price point showing on Google Maps, but I still highly recommend it for the experience and food.
