We follow orders.” 1:00:00 Got nothing. 1:05:00 Another group of guests ordered after us got some hot dish served. 1:10:00 Left the restaurant. 1:15:00 Entered another restaurant across the street, ordered the similar dishes. 1:30:00 All 3 dishes were served....

We arrived during the dinner time and had to wait for 45 minutes to get our dishes. the food was not delicious as Sichuan food because I lived in Sichuan for couple months so I think it's fair to say it. and after the dinner we were very thirsty even though we drank a lot of water before, so I guess they did put a lot MSG... not...

京阪電車藤森駅下車　徒歩15分前後 お目当ての四川料理店が、定休日以外の突然の不定休で行けず、もう、脳内は中華料理を欲していたので、ググって、近くの中華料理店に行きました スタッフ、お客さん、全て中国の方 スタッフの1人だけ、辿々しい日本語を話します 店内は中国語が飛び交って、中国に旅行に来た気分です 注文は、牛肉刀削麺、ニラの水餃子、麻辣水煮魚、各1人前づつ ✴︎1番美味しかったのは、ニラ水餃子　プルプルの水餃子　タレも美味しかったぁ⤴︎⤴︎ ✴︎牛肉刀削麺は、刀削麺は旨旨、だけど、牛肉が、大きなブロックで一旦干したのを料理しているので、子供時代に学校給食で食べた鯨肉の食感　不味くはないけど、う〜ん😔 ✴︎麻辣水煮魚　お魚が1匹姿で入ってなくて、切り身状態を煮込んでいるので、煮崩れして、箸で取れない　スープは美味しい だけど、刀削麺のスープと、全く同じ味 美味しいん だ、け、ど....スープに、油が沢山入っているから、油に負けた　　口の中が、油だらけ 料理を盛った器を見ても、油がたっぷり入っているのが分かります スタッフはとても優しいし、親切です 私が少しだけ、中国語で話すと、中国語が話せるんかーい！みたいなびっくりした表情に一瞬なるけど、店内清潔で、感じの良いお店でした 個人的感想としては、美味しかったけど、私的には、油が多すぎました　味の文化の違いですね 水餃子はお勧めです　計、¥3000- 2人で食べて、お腹がいっぱい 店内の奥.横に、本格中華の食材を販売してます そのスペースに、干し肉が、薪の様にゴロゴロ置いてあります それを見るだけで...
