The place is massive. Very clean, and the interior was eyecandy. Traditional Japanese meets contemporary. Great when you want to experience tatami mats and the whole wooden feel. The kitchen was also fully equipped for when you want to dine in. ||Bear in mind that there is no housekeeping during your stay. Also, there is not much around the area, other than you being steps away from Fushimi Inari. But you are two steps away from the Keihan station that can take you just about anywhere else. The house is beautiful - it incorporates a lot of traditional Japanese style into a contemporary design: there are shoji screens, a tatami floor, and lots of wood - the house is scented with wood and rush :) It even has a large wooden bath overlooking the tiny garden - perfect after a day of sight-seeing!
