This place is below average for McDonald's Japan. The staff are almost all foreigners and they're usually tired from dealing with the amount of customers that come here, which mainly consists of tourists that don't speak japanese. So it's understandable about the staffing. Then, they have to deal with the kids screaming and crying. So it's also understandable that the atmosphere and the service overall is below average.
For the place itsel, for takeout they don't give any plastic bags, just the paper bags, and if you order table delivery, be prepared for a rude awakening.
Foodwise, it's a shame that they're so busy that the food usually isn't prepared the most nicely.
