Best ramen we ate in Japan! This was our first ramen we ate in Japan so I didn’t review straight away before we tried a few to give an accurate review. But wow! The broth was full of flavour, the pork wasn’t too fatty but melts in your mouth and the thin ramen noodles were cooked to perfection. The soup is very filling but I would also highly recommend the gyoza, the best I tried here in Japan. The tiny restaurant is always filled with locals and you can see why. We ate here both days in Kyoto, perfect comfort food after riding around all morning in the cold Autumn air. There are only 3 items on the menu and they have been perfected by the owners.
