It’s hard to choose a favorite course menu amongst all the stellar dishes but if I had to pick a favorite, these comes close. Sukiyaki serving with speciality rice blend: It’s umami on overdrive when the luridly orange organic egg yolk is burst and used to lather the ridiculously delicious fold of juicy sukiyaki beef in. The restaurant is located in the hotel and reservation is not limited to customers staying at the hotel. Reserved here for dinner, and each table is semi-private so you can relax a bit more while enjoying the meal. The set course is focused on wagyu and other seasonal Japanese ingredients. Every dish was beautifully presented and most importantly they were all delicious; textures were delicate and none of the flavors were overpowering. Service was professional and welcoming; staffs were very helpful and attentive regardless of whether or not you are a hotel guest. Also they can help organize a taxi at a discount if you need which is considerate. Overall an amazing...
