It’s exceptional experience for dinner course, we took the Kobe beef sirloin A5 as main course that cooked directly in front of you by the Executive Chef Mr. Kousuke Moriya, don’t forget to choose medium rare doneness of the meat for the best taste. Everything on the Menu was seriously prepared and cooked perfectly to fulfill your desire of delicacy. The service of all the cook and the staffs were outstanding and you can feel the warmth of japanese people/culture in here. Salute to Mr. Kousuke Moriya, our very best impression comes from his expertise and hospitality to cook with heart (i can feel it), he is humble person with a lot of smile. I don’t want to post all my photos from this spectacular dining experience because I’m feeling selfish! My chef, was beyond accommodating, and the staff were incredibly hospitable. Greeted with warmth and kindness, then followed by a Japanese culinary experience that makes your mouth water for more. I headed in for dinner quite late, and I loved being the only one there. It felt more intimate - just me and my taste buds feeling overwhelmed by how delicious the food was. The beef just melts in your mouth, the flavours are ecstatic, each mouthful salivating for more. Worth it. Words dont describe how good this place is. If you're looking for a place to try A5 kobe, look no further. This is the place to go. It is expensive, but with how good the quality is, if it was even double the price, I would've still been happy. It's been almost a month since I went, and I still dream about the food here. The highlight of my trip to Japan, and will be going here again next year when I'm back in the country. Also if youre worried about dietary restrictions, they ask ahead of time to adjust the meal accordingly.
