Went in for lunch on a weekday. We order 2 small unagi bowls and the server took our menu. 30 minutes passed by and we noticed everyone that arrived after us was being served. The server then came to us and we’d realized that our order had not gone through. Whatever the reason, 1. Why would you let your customers sit around for 30 mins if they have not ordered. The texture is so soft and the flavor is perfectly balanced making each bite a little piece of heaven. It’s impossible not to fall in love with this place in my opinion a d the eel is prepared with such care and expertise that it’s easily the best eel dish I’ve ever experienced.
