Rating: 4.3 out of 5 stars
I had the Wagyu Ramen, and it was truly an excellent dish. The broth was unique and full of depth, something I had never tasted before. It had a rich and distinct flavor that clearly came from the Wagyu beef. The broth was clean, slightly oily in a balanced way, and perfectly seasoned with a good level of salt. It had a deep, warm tone that felt rich and comforting.
Even though it was outstanding in quality, I realized that beef-based broths are not my personal favorite, which is why I cannot give it a full five stars. I usually prefer Shio, Shoyu, or Miso Ramen, but this one was still an impressive experience and worth trying.
The Wagyu beef itself was phenomenal. Tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I would give the meat five out of five stars without hesitation. The soft-boiled eggs were also well prepared and paired nicely with the broth. The fresh spring onions added a bright, crisp note that balanced the richness beautifully.
The Gyoza on the side were solid and well made, though not particularly memorable. I also had a Ginger Ale, which complemented the meal well.

Read moreI recently visited Halal Reman Restaurant, and their reman is absolutely divine! The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water the moment the bowl was set down. The broth was rich and flavorful, clearly simmered to perfection, offering a depth that only comes from hours of careful preparation. The noodles had a wonderful, springy texture, perfectly complementing the savory broth. Each strand was coated evenly, ensuring every bite was bursting with flavor. The tender slices of halal-certified meat were succulent and seasoned just right, adding a delightful contrast. If you're looking for authentic and flavorful halal reman, this place is...
Read moreVery nice restaurant with quality halal food and chilled atmosphere.
We ordered the spicy chicken ramen with egg and gyozas. The spicy ramen was very very tasty and the fried chicken was the best I’ve eaten so far in Japan.
To top off the quality food, the staff were very friendly.
Overall very nice and pleasant experience, I would highly recommend this place.
Our total bill for 2 spicy ramen bowls with eggs, gyoza and 2 drinks came to 6840 yen.
We visited around 3pm and it was fairly quiet. Not sure if there are queues during peak lunch /...
