It was quite delicious. This is a good variety option as compared to Kyoto's traditional thick and rich flavoured ramen. This restaurant offers a lighter flavour and more refreshing ramen taste and it was a good change for ramen lovers like me who seek a variety in flavours while still being able to enjoy having their favorite food on a regular basis. Cash only, no English. I had an amazing Tonkatsu ramen. Much much better than what I had at one of the Ichiran chains nearby ( for comparison, I ordered a 4/5 fattyness for the broth and 4/5 chewiness for my order there). Here at Tentenyu I found the broth perfectly hot, non-oily, non-salty, and densely flavorful.

A small hidden gem for ramen. Price is very reasonable. Service was prompt and polite. Seating is somewhat of a problem as it is only counter seating. The broth and cha shu were flavourful.
