A Disappointing ExperienceThis is my second time staying at this hotel.I had hoped to enjoy a comfortable stay as I did previously, but to my dismay, the hotel has deteriorated significantly in just under half a year. The experience was far from satisfactory.Check-in Process:A NightmareThe check-in process was nothing short of a disaster, taking a full 40 minutes to complete. The front desk staff claimed they couldn't find my reservation, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. It was only after another colleague intervened that we were finally able to check in.Such inefficiency and system issues set a terrible tone for my stay.Questionable Hygiene StandardsOnce in the room, the state of cleanliness was alarming. There were three conspicuous brown stains on the bedsheet right next to the pillow, which raised serious doubts about the hotel's housekeeping.Dust had accumulated on the headboard, suggesting that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. These details are crucial for a pleasant stay, and the hotel fell short in this regard.Outdated and Inadequate FacilitiesThe room's facilities were also a letdown. The toilet seat was cold to the touch, lacking any warmth, which is a basic expectation for hotel amenities. Moreover, the windows were completely sealed shut, unlike my previous stay when they could be opened slightly for ventilation. This change made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable.Overall AssessmentThis stay has been a major disappointment.I had high hopes for a relaxing trip, but the numerous issues encountered have ruined that expectation.I had booked four nights here, but now all I want is to end this unpleasant experience as soon as possible.I will not be returning to this hotel in the future, nor will I recommend it to friends or family.I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements to enhance the quality of service.Otherwise, they will continue to disappoint...

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during our trip to Japan, and all I can say for this hotel is WOW. ||We were a little skeptical of booking this hotel at first as there are not many reviews and we always rely on positive reviews when it comes to booking a hotel. But we figured it is a new hotel, so we would give it a try. ||From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were not disappointed. The staff were so polite and respectful, offering us a drink and also taking a photo on their Polaroid camera to capture a memory. ||The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and spotless. When we arrived in our room, we were amazed. The room was so spacious which was a relief as the room we had stayed in Tokyo the four nights previous was sooo small. So this was refreshing and honestly one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean. There were amenities including hair dryer, pyjamas, iron and a beautiful bathroom with shower. We were also given luxury Japanese skincare samples which were replenished everyday (I then went on to buy this skincare in the airport as I loved it so much). ||We had breakfast included in our package, and again the breakfasts were the best we had during our trip to Japan. You were able to choose a main item, such as scrambled eggs, omelette, pancakes etc, as well as a buffet which included fresh fruits. The bar at the evening was also lovely and provided a really chilled atmosphere with fabulous cocktails. ||Unfortunately, we didn’t get the change to use the public baths, and this is something I really wish we did, however going on the standard of the rest of the hotel I am sure we wouldn’t have been disappointed! ||Out of the five hotels we stayed in across Japan, this was by far the best one and my only regret is that we didn’t...
