Yoshida — Restaurant in Kyoto

Literally one of the best つけ麺 (Tsukemen) I’ve ever had! I’ve had really strong and week broths and they’re good in their own ways!

Based on their recommendations, I took three 海老🦐option, which is usually a special in a ramen restaurant, it was sooooo good!

It’s not overly powering and yet still brings a strong prawn flavour to every sip and bite! Thick prawn dipping broth which stills brings out the tangy texture of the special buckwheat based noodles from Kyoto!

Not to mention that the atmosphere is amicably local, and service is too notch!

Truly one of the best! And I’ll definitely come back for more!

I’m not a big fan of shrimp ramen but this one was really good. I ordered shrimp tsukemen because the whole resto is occupied with shrimp smell and other flavour was not an option! Not as thick as bisque and not too salty; it was just right. As another review says, the soup gets cold and i don’t like that happens. 【麺心よし田】 京都伏見にある麺心よし田さんへ 懐かしすぎるよし田さんの和え麺

こちらのよし田さん かつては同じ伏見区の墨染に 「麺心よし田和えの章」というお店を 現在の「へんてこ」さんの地で オープンなされておりました

今から8年くらい前でしょうか 当時はまだまだまぜ麺や和え麺という ジャンルが認識されていなかった時代でも あったかも知れません

ようやくつけ麺ブームになろうとしていた頃

そんな時に出会った和え麺 ブームになってないにもかかわらず 当時から石臼挽きの麺で 最高に美味しいと思てた

あまり長く続かなかったお店でしたが こちらの本店である時から和え麺を 再開されておりました

よし田さんではやっぱりメインのつけ麺が 美味しすぎてそれ以外は 何も手を出さなかったのですが 前回エビつけ麺を食べ 今回和え麺をいただきました

石臼挽きの細麺に トッピングには豚バラと豚ブロック 玉ねぎのみじん切りと水菜 そしてフランスパン

この時代からフランスパンですよ🥖🥖 今となっては普通かもしれませんが 当時は度肝を抜かされるような ビジュアルに足繁くかよいましたねー

当時と今回の違いは大きく変わりませんが フランスパンにカツオの削り粉を染み込ました 魚介テイストが追加されブラッシュアップ

7年越しの出会いにまた惚れ直しました❤️
