I have loved this little place ever since it was just a food truck that parked outside the Moss Building in Morioka. Now that it's a full restaurant it has more complete dishes. Everything in this restaurant is completely vegetarian. It is actually completely vegan, I believe but I have not asked about honey. Every dish is full of flavor and incredibly satisfying. The location is a little hard to spot, especially if the parking spots are full so I recommend trusting the map on this one. There is enough space for two cars to park and there are some paid parking lots not too far a walk away. While the restaurant does have set hours, the owner still takes his food truck out to events happening in the Iwate region so if you're going on a weekend, especially for lunch, be warned that there is a possibility that they will be closed. The food is great and it's difficult to decide what to eat. The mock eel dish is our favourite but all meals were delicious. They do take away too, so you can check more food out.
