A little apprehensive at first when we walked in as we were the only customers and there were a lot of employees. Neither of us speak Japanese, but fortunately there was a young gentleman that spoke English. We did a tasting of the various sake and he explained in detail how each one was brewed and how it affected the taste of the sake.
