Staff was very friendly and eating here is easy for foreigners as it is connected to Nagano Station in the Midori mall that has a food court on the third floor. Ordering is done via tablet that has multiple language options.
The restaurant has good portion sizes at reasonable prices, especially the drinks where you can get a regular sized milk tea for only 250yen when combined with an omurice.

I ordered ketchup rice but it was flavorless, so it just tasted plain or like the hayashi sauce. The hamburger patty had good texture but not a good beef taste.
Overall a solid place to eat if you want something convenient, but not worth going out of your way...

It's also available to take out, if you are in a hurry to catch...
