Antica Roma — Restaurant in Nagoya

Food was quite good but watch out for price gouging in a place that is already very expensive for what it is. I ordered a coke from the menu which was priced at 500 Yen when the bill came I was charged 900 Yen. I complained and was told that it was because it was a large coke. Nowhere on the menu did it have a coke for 900 Yen (£7 for a coke may be the single most expensive soft drink I've ever had). When I pointed out this was unfair the attitude was pretty much tough luck. They also add a 300 Yen per person cover charge and don't include tax in the prices listed. I’ve loved this restaurant since I first went there many years ago. As a long term resident of Japan stepping inside Antica Roma was always a wonderful escape to the Italy I adore.
