I had 14 pieces for 7,110 yen, but it was worth every yen because every bite was incredible! I was thoroughly impressed!
The rice was excellent as well, with a nice tangy flavor that was just perfect.
I tried regular tuna and Bluefin (Akami, chu-toro, o-toro). It was incredibly yummy! I absolutely loved it! Even the most basic grade of tuna was delicious! The chu-toro and o-toro made me nearly cry from joy! 😭
Kinmedai: Absolutely delicious! They sear it and top it with a bit of salt, and it pairs perfectly!
Bonito: I don’t even know what fish this is, but it was amazing! Topped with a bit of salt, it was fantastic.
Engawa, Madai, Hirame, Hamachi were delicious with a wonderfully juicy texture.
Aji, Sardine: They were good, but somewhat average. The sardine had a bit too many bones for my liking
Uni: Very tasty and wonderfully rich, but I’m generally indifferent towards uni.
Mantis shrimp: I was indifferent about this one—I ordered it just to try something different since I had exhausted all the fish options.
