Stumbled upon this after 4 months of living in Nagoya. It is in the underground Fushimi Shopping Street, easily accessible from Fushimi Station.
The burger was a perfectly seasoned smash burger, with real cheddar, fresh cut veg on a toasted roll. It was perfect and sloppy the way a smash burger should be. The fries were cut straw thin, and were cooked to a tender, not crisp bite. Salty with light black pepper. If you have ever had In n Out fries, these are a pretty damn good approximation. It is clear the shop master, a young friendly guy, traveled to California to learn how to make a burger and fries.
One thing of major note, I got the Handsome set and it was 1000 yen even with more fries than I could eat and cheese on the burger. Most places this quality sell a set with a handful of fries for close to 2000 yen.

Read moreI'd give 7 stars if I could. Easily the best cheeseburger in Nagoya. Maybe in Japan. Also one of the most reasonably priced. They're very generous with the portion of fries, as well. I highly recommend the Handsome combo (burger, drink, fries) but with a cheeseburger.
Standing room only, and limited at that. It can get pretty busy, so try to get in earlier when possible to make sure they don't run out of ingredients...
