Hayabusa Honten — Restaurant in Nagoya

It's a great ramen shop. I really recommend the lobster ramen! It's one of the more unique and delicious ramens I've had and it comes out frothy on top. It's almost like a lobster bisque. I also like the lobster and peanut dish in the long bowl. It's spicy and contains chopped vegetables, ground meat, and a slice of cheese.

They also have tsukimen that I've seen people enjoy. They have soy sauce based ramen as well. Sardines aren't for me, but other people seem to enjoy the seafood one also.

The staff is nice and welcoming. They also have coupons available sometimes. Overall, it's a place I've recommended to many people...

The restaurant is very accommodating to our group of 6, which is rare for a ramen store. They happen to have a big table in the back, the waiter can't be any nicer!

Most importantly, the ramen is really good. We tried the lobster ramen, no soup seafood ramen, and the soba tsukemen and all were delicious!

(2022/4/16)支店も合わせると10回目くらい？ですwエスプーマラーメン名古屋でも結構増えましたが、食べたくなった時まずここが浮かびますね！店内の内装も過度にオシャレでなく落ち着く雰囲気👍

いつもは定番のオマール海老湯🦐ですが、今日は『にぼし醤油・味玉』＋刻み玉ねぎ増しトッピング！ビジュアルは相変わらず申し分無し( ˙ω˙)و ｸﾞｯ!崩すの躊躇っちゃいますw

オマール海老湯もそうですが、にぼし醤油もガッツリスープの香りと見た目だけで楽しめちゃいます。

恐る恐るスープ(泡)を崩すとちゃんと煮干しっぽいスープが現れます。具材の鶏チャーシュー二枚＆穂先メンマ！貝ペースト崩し、これまた良いです。煮干しという意味では個人的には(主はゴリゴリに濃い系大好き味覚なので普通の人には十分)もう少しパンチ👊が欲しいですが、十分美味しいです😋オマール海老湯Ｎｏ．1は変わりませんが、にぼし醤油も中々アリです😚🍜
