It's a ramen shop, but I was surprised to see "soup pasta" on the menu! I was at a loss, but I chose "beef bone ramen (salt),".

Since it was lunch time on a weekday, two shumai, rice, or hot spring eggs were provided free of charge. A hot spring egg was selected and served as a topping on the ramen.

It is a delicious ramen with a mellow taste and no odor. The ramen is the opposite of the type with stimulating ingredients such as garlic, green onions, and chives. The creamy and gentle taste of the soup and the smooth texture of the curly noodles go well together, and they seem to make you want to come back for more.

I’m a ramen noob so I can’t say with any authority if this was good or great ramen, but it was very enjoyable. The English tablets made ordering very easy, but because I don’t know all the different styles of ramen I probably didn’t pick the best option but it was a very enjoyable meal. Wife had the carbonara ramen, flavor was great but the noodles were a bit too al dente for her. If they served the ramen noodles it probably would have been perfect.
