Hitsumabushi Bincho Dai-Nagoya Building Branch — Restaurant in Nagoya

From service courtesy to their choice of food and drinks containers, I could see that they wanted to bring the best to customers. This actually worried me a little bit because I started to have really high expectation for the main dish from the beginning. Luckily, the hitsumabushi was wonderful. The outer layer was so crispy while the inside was still so soft and juicy. Because the business is pretty new so not many people have yet known about this place. Came here alone to enjoy an early dinner here. There is a queue ticket system and patrons are invited to wait nearby. Service was excellent despite the language barrier. They served the meal with an instruction placard in different languages to ensure an optimal dining experience. The eel was grilled to perfection with a nice tinge of charcoal smoky taste at the edges. The sauce was sweet, flavorful and not too salty. Loved the wine-pickled radish that came with the eel rice. I reserved online before the trip 1 month but when I came to this branch, it was not crowded at all. It was completely opposite to the branch inside Nagoya Station which had 3 long queues of people so the atmosphere was very comfortable. They had menu in different languages, staffs taking care of customers and the food also tasted delicious. We also had window seats offering a good view of the busy intersection while enjoying our meals :)

I recommend people to find other branches of Bincho or to reserve beforehand to shorten...
