I ate "meat soba soy sauce". It's a novel ramen!

The soy sauce-based soup has a strong taste as you can see, but it goes well with the noodles and ingredients. Grated radish, radish sprouts, and grated ginger are good accents. Topped with fried sliced garlic, this was also perfect. The char siu was not very thick and had a firm texture, but it was delicious because it blended well with the soup. The medium-thick noodles are elastic and have a good texture. I wore a paper apron because the soup splashed.

It has branches all over Japan and Singapore. It is a ramen shop that I can recommend.

There was an introduction of the owner chef on the website, so I will post it.

Keisuke Takeda, founder of Ramen Keisuke, was born in Hiroshima on 1969. Fond of cooking as a child, he started his career as a chef in a French restaurant for 12 years. He then moved to a Japanese restaurant for 5 years before opening 'Bimisenryu Tanka, a modern Japanese restaurant in 2004. In 2005, Ramen has much more free space to be innovative and creative compared to other cuisines, hence he came up with different approaches to create recipes for ramen that nobody else has tried and tasted before. His first ramen restaurant was called 'Kuro Miso Ramen' (The First Generation Keisuke Ramen). The ingredients were mixed miso base with 7 different types of Miso and Bamboo The first Keisuke outlet in Singapore, Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo, was opened at Millenia Walk in 2010. Today, there are 17 outlets...

Queued for a while at peak time, paid at a ticket machine and after sitting the food didn't take long to arrive. Slightly loud atmosphere with retro music and nostalgic art on the walls. If you like a bit of meat in your ramen you won't be disappointed although with naming the store '肉そば' you'd expect that! The food was tasty and a good sized portion. I had the miso broth although not sure how I felt about the 'new old style' , it looked...

great taste and super filling meal, the meaty noodles are absolutely glorious. had something similar before, but this is equally delicious. buy you tickets at the entrance, old school vending machine only takes cash or Nagoya IC card.

the servers are super helpful and attentive. if you are a messy eater like me, ask for the paper apron!...
