So disappointing. The service is terrible. Waitreses are playing cute but late with orders because they just forget. The place has absolutely no management so it is incredibly unorganized. The food is mediocre. The order of the food is bad. Food is greasy and mediocre. During the payment process, another waitress has a bad temper. Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant in einer komplett fremden Stadt entdeckten wir das Restaurant namens Marusa Susian Fushimi, nicht weit weg vom Hotel. Wir hatten das Glück 4 Sitzplätze zu bekommen ohne zu reservieren. Was wir bekamen war leckeres Essen, tolle Getränke und ein fantastisches Personal. Keine Angst, trotz der Sprachbarriere klappte alles wunderbar, wir benutzten eine Art App um Essen zu bestellen. Ich empfehle euch eine Übersetzungs-App oder ein paar Wörter auf japanisch zu können, falls ihr spezielle Wünsche habt.
