I stayed in this hotel for 7 consecutive nights in Jun25. It's location is good, i can walk to the Nagoya train station in 10 minutes and also same time to the shopping district on the other side. There is also a nice donki mall just steps away! As the hotel is not located on main street, so almost no noise around the area. The checkin process is efficient, and the staff can communicate in English fluently and politely. I was assigned a room at the end of the corridor which is good and very quiet. Room size is a bit bigger than other japan hotel room and this is the main reason I chose this hotel, so I can fully open my luggage. The washroom comes with both shower and bath which I also prefer. Basically I hear little noise inside my room so I can sleep soundly every night. Also the air conditioner works perfectly with strong wind without noise! My room rate includes breakfast everyday. The food items in the restaurant are almost the same every day with slight changes. Still I enjoy it very much, especially salad, kimchi, grilled fish with eggs, shrimps, etc. The coffee machine is good too and I can enjoy a good cup of coffee. Besides, the floor in the food area is sticky everytime and I suggest the staff should arrange more frequent cleaning. All in all, this is my first time staying in Jal group hotel and I have a very good impression. I think I am going to pay another visit in the...
Read moreThis hotel has a pseudo-premium veneer that begins to fade the moment you get to your room. At first glance our room appeared well structured and maintained, but further inspection revealed significant hygienic shortfalls. Our first room’s bathroom had been cleaned prior to our arrival, but there were several hairs still present throughout when we arrived. Additionally, the carpet in our room was stained by coffee and the bedsheets appeared to be stained.
Ultimately, the hotel agreed to move us to a different room, this time ensuring that the new room had been cleaned properly.
When it comes to breakfast, the hotel offered a breakfast voucher to each visitor in our party at the time of our visit (This may not be the case at the time you’re reading this)
The voucher states that breakfast runs from 06:30 to 10:00, but be aware that the last call from the kitchen is at 09:30 , with the restaurant no longer accepting guests at 09:45.

Read moreFor a 3-star hotel, their staff, their room & even their amenities exceeded my expectations. Aside from the warm toilet seat, and soft mattresses, the office table had different built-in charging ports.
Also, the hotel was walking distance to many Nagoya tourists spots, as well as the Fushimi station. It is even situated 5-mins away from a coin-op 24-hour laundry shop, and a supermarket.
The breakfast buffet offered the usual western (pancakes, bacon, etc) & typical Japanese (rice, miso, salad, etc) menu. Coffee to-go is also available if you want to bring another cup at your next destination.
Over all, it was a great hotel experience.
