Menyarokusanroku Meiekiten — Restaurant in Nagoya

This is a shop that I visited in Komatsubara-cho in Osaka several years ago. It seems that the shop in Komatsubara-cho was closed before I knew it. I learned for the first time that Osu in Nagoya was the main store.

I ate Rokusanroku Ramen. The unique thick soup is sweet and delicious. I added a little chili pepper to make it spicy. It goes well with chewy noodles.

They offer great service, low prices, and a really nice atmosphere with good music.

But when it comes to thethe ramen 🍜 I can’t praise it too much.

Yes, it was tasty, but:

1. The noodles were a bit overcooked
2. The ajitama was surprisingly cold
3. The broth was rich, but too sweet for my taste.

Overall, still worth a visit to try it for yourself — I’ll just be checking out other ramen...

煮干し塩ラーメンと豚ほぐしのご飯セットを注文しました。

ラーメンが届くと 店員さんのアクロバットな手首を180度くらい回したラーメンの置き方で 中の煮卵が崩れて見た目から大丈夫か？ って感じでした。

味はストレートに言うと 普通の塩ラーメン。 うん。 普通の塩ラーメン。 煮干し効いてるかな？ ってくらいの普通の塩ラーメンでした。

豚ほぐしのご飯は美味しかったです😋
