We visited this restaurant when we stayed in Nagoya for 2 nights to visit Ghibli Park a few weeks back. It was one of the best meals we had in Japan. What stood out was the service and hospitality of the staff and the high quality of the ingredients and the food taste.
Even though the menu was in Japanese, the owner (I think) was very accommodating and knew some English. We also used google translate for the menu. He went out of his way to make a Chicago style cheese pizza for my son even though it was not on the menu anymore.
The highlight was the grilled Nasu Kogen Pork Chop that was out of this world. It was moist and tender and had a great taste which I have not had in any restaurant in the USA. The cheese for the pizza and prosciutto ham was also great.

It was a reaaally satisfying experience🥰 the bar is having a salmon fair now, so we tried the appetizer and my favorite part was the fried salmon roll with mozzarella cheese and perilla leaves😋 their いくら and バジル combination was soo unique and fresh😝
it was my first time tryinf chicago deep dish pizza🫕. its good on its own, but if you want something sweet, they also give u some honey🍯
for the Arrabbiata pasta, you can choose the hotness level from 1-5. we chose level 5 and it was tooo hot for us😂
Genova pizza was also delish! they put seasonal veggies, so we got to try eating pizza with pumpkin! i liiike it!

Some of those visits were just for beer, but we went there so much because the staff was truly lovely and welcoming. I highly recommend the shaved Parma ham as an appetizer. It is so good! I snuck a small bottle of Kewpie mayonnaise into the establishment and put it on the ham. It was delicious on its own, but the Kewpie really elevated it. My girlfriend at the pork chop on two separate evenings. Very good, with a great flame broiled taste. I enjoyed the few bites that she was willing to give me.
