The hotel facilities (onsen, rooms, co-working-space, lobby) are clean and nice. Also the location is perfect.
The issue with this hotel is the terrible service: I stayed at this hotel for one week and the wifi did not work in my room. The staff did not care, did not apologise and they never even tried to fix the issue. I was offered nothing in return, not even a price reduction. This hotel is advertised as a business hotel, so good wifi is a must. For the whole week I stayed there, I needed to work in the lobby/ co-working-space, even late at night.

In typical Japanese style, everything is worked out and precise. It’s very clean and the best part about it is the public hot bath on the top floor.
As you can see from my photos, there is a quaint entrance area where they play good music and have a very nice relaxed Co-working vibe.
Overall I can highly recommend this hotel. There’s been some thoughtful, touches with amenities and the placement of things...
