Read moreGreat experience here last night. We were able to book on an English website (tablecheck) and pay deposit to secure the reservation. Location is on a side street and need to find with my phone's map. Small restaurant 9 seats at the counter and chef appears to have only 2 assistants/waitstaff. Overall ingredients were excellent and high quality (not cheap fish), using various cooking methods. I took until 9 to finish the meal. Reasonable price considering what they served. Nodoguro rice and binchotan seared negitoro rolls...

It was definitely a highlight of the trip...
