Service crew politeness - They were very polite and accomodating (4/5)

Menu format - The menu did not indicate whether the item was sold per piece or not. Even the soup we ordered was priced at 1580 yen but we were charged twice. The explanation given was that they cannot make the soup for 1 serving because the container was too big. The menu should indicate clearly all the prices and no hidden charges should be placed. It was even an english menu. We repeatedly asked if the price was per stick or not, and if the soup was good for how many people. We felt scammed after eating. They tried to explain it after with someone who spoke in english which was weird because he did not approach us when we were ordering nor inquired the one who took our order if there were any problems. Why put the price for one serving, if that was not possible to begin with? Again, we felt scammed after eating (0/5)

Food Quality - the soup was okay (2/5). The vegetables were of good quality but the soup base was bland. The fried chicken was okay (3/5) it had good flavor and was fried well. But nothing special about it. The grilled chicken on stick lacked flavor and the sauce just did not match (2/5). The beef sinew was cooked poorly, it lacked taste and it had an uncooked after taste (0/5).

ネットから予約しましたが、仕事が遅くなり遅れて到着することを電話しましたがその時の対応が大変不快でした。 口コミ上とてもいいと言われている方が多かったので楽しみにしていましたが不快なポイントは以下です。 ・電話口の対応が気怠そうな話口調でした。「何名様ですかぁ？何時からですかぁ？」 ・そもそもネット予約をしているはずなのに見ていなかったのか予約の確認に5分以上待たせる→待たせたことに対する謝りも予約できていましたの言葉なし ・遅れる時間だと15〜20分待ちますとのことだったので仕方ないかと思いましたが、時間通りに行けていても待っていてもらうことにはなると言われました。→つまりは予約できていたが、見ていなかったため予約なしの方を入れてしまった？ 全てのことに対してモヤっとしたので今回はキャンセルしましたがとても残念で仕方なかったです。
