Stumbled on this place while looking around the food village. Very small restaurant with 8 counter seats inside, and one sushi chef. They have a couple tables outside where you can order some cooked foods but sushi is inside only. The quality of the food was incredible, and the chef is a super friendly guy. The menu has Japanese, English, chinese and Korean so no language issues here. I had some of the best nigiri i've had in Japan. Each piece was delicate and flavourful and the rice was perfectly seasoned and slightly warm. I would suggest trying a restaurant for the small eats until the restaurant you want is available. There are many choices to choose from. Take advantage of them!
