Yakiniku Gyuou — Restaurant in Naha

great food and EXTREMELY POOR service. Bumped into this restaurant on our way, rating seems okay so walked in. The staff welcomed us spoke good English, even makes things greater. However this is the end to all good service. 1-It’s our first night here and I had no idea how much to order so I ask is it enough. The girl recommended us to add a salad and that’s all. And it was later that we realize this is faaaar not enough 2-we asked another staff whether he can help to cook the meat, he couldn’t speak much English and after google translation, he replied rudely : I’m so busy. 3-no one came to change to wire grid until we asked to. Above all, we can’t be bothered to stay in this awful place so we decided to ask for cheque, despite the soup still haven’t been served. The waiter wrote me a sum up number. Didn’t even bring us the detailed list until I asked for it! Then I looked at the list and discover they forgot our soup! Even make things...

I have to say that is a bad experience since I came to Japan. I try to communicate with the waiter if I asked the set menus，but they was told the set menu just for Japanese. Actually I saw many foreigners ordered this menu. And the manager explained that the price is too expensive for us, so he suggested we better to order the single menus. I have to say that this suggestion was very uncomfortable because we had already understood the price and explained that we could accept it and had a general understanding of the menu. Lastly we left disappointed and also miss our dinner. 这是我第一次感受到被区别对待，本身只是想询问套餐有什么，因为餐牌上写着可以大众点评下单，服务员很耐心一开始拿出日文菜单跟我们解释了价格和套餐的菜品，但因为觉得不太明白我们说什么就叫来了经理，经理一来就告诉我们大众点评并不可以点，当时我们也没觉得有什么问题，但他连忙又盖上了日文菜单说也不可以点菜单上的套餐，又拿出一份单点菜单然后用翻译器告诉我们那个套餐只服务日本顾客，只能单点另一个菜单的牛肉，后来又改口说这个套餐价格对我们来说很贵如果我们想点也可以……我明明看到很多外国人都吃了这个餐 来到店里却告诉我只服务日本人。。关于套餐的价格 我们其实已经了解过了 就是为了吃这里才特地预约的 就是想确定一下而已 沟通时也一直用日文说不好意思和谢谢 没有一点不尊重他们的意思 却受到这样的对待 还没有吃到想吃的牛肉 最后只能失望的离开了这里。我们其实并不需要非常好的服务态度，只需要顺利点餐和合理的解释就可以...

なんでこんなに評価が良いのか正直全く分からなかったです。サービスが他のお店と比較して値段に見合ってない気がしました。

まず席に着いて上着を脱いだところ、特に預かるでもなく煙を避けるために荷物に布をかけるでもなく、自分自身で椅子の背もたれに上着をかけるところからスタートした時点で違和感を感じました。

コース料理が8000円から20000円まで5段階あり、どう違うのか聞いたら「分からないので聞いてきます」 帰ってきたと思ったら「値段が上がるほど良いお肉になります」で終わり。

とりあえず真ん中の12000円のコースを選択したら良いお肉ではあるものの全て脂が多いお肉で胸焼けするなと思ったら最後にホルモン、、 食べてて途中でしんどいなとだけ感じてました。

またご飯ものを食べ終えた後も1人で来ているのに15分も放置 まさかデザートがないのかなと思い、支払いはどこでしますかとレジに足を運んで確認するとテーブルチェックだしまだデザートがあるとのこと。

かなり小さなビビンバ1つに1人で誰とも会話をせずもくもくと食べて20分以上かかると思ったんでしょうか。それとも忘れ去られていたのかな。

ここが悪いお店だとは言いませんが、1万円以上支払うお店ならもっと良いお店はあるかなと感じました。 那覇には焼肉店は多いですし自分は次回はないかなと思いました。

店内もとてもうるさいです。これは客層の問題なのでお店側に責任はないですが、その日はとても大声で喋る方が多くて落ち着きませんでした。

むしろ利用しながら誰かと来るなら他のお店の方が良かったし、1人で来て...
