鶏next was hands down the best ramen I had during my entire trip to Japan. There was something about the broth that made it stand out – rich, flavourful, and absolutely delicious. I could have easily eaten here multiple times.

I have eaten at a lot of different Ramen places while I lived in Kyoto. This place is making Ramen that I will place in my Top 5, no discussion. The taste is special, the looks unfamiliar but the white ramen looks amazing. Simply fantastic ramen! Their chicken broth ramen is amazing—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced in saltiness. The noodles are cooked to perfection, with a satisfying al dente texture.
