The welcome when I arrived was friendly, but the room I was allocated had dirty dishes and smelled of cigarette smoke. To be fair I was quickly allocated another room that was fine. ||||Facilities are basic, and pillows very uncomfortable. Breakfast was included in my package, but if it is not don’t pay the price asked - go elsewhere for cheaper and better. ||||Rooms hot with no separate AC control. Slippers, nightshirt, toothbrush and razor all supplied. ||||Room very small. Certainly would be almost impossible with more than 1 person||||Biggest disappointment was on my last night I needed to print a bus ticket, but reception said they couldn’t print emails! I can’t believe that in 2018 this cannot be done. Had to find an Internet cafe and pay for 30 mins online time and extra...

My room (single) was very good, clean and the staffs were friendly, so at my first and the second-day trip here, I feel very satisfied. Staffs can speak English well. Water is drinkable. Bathtub and bathroom are ok. The TV channel is okay. Nothing to complaint about. After a long day of long walking and wandering in Nara, I can soak myself for hours in the bathtub then sleep. Time flies! The hotel is close to JR Nara and Kintetsu Nara, close to Higashimuki shopping street, convenient stores, restaurants, and many Buddhist temples. I'm gonna miss this hotel. Will come back one day on my...
