If you are around Narita early and wanted breakfast....this is the place other than combini. Nothing opens before 9-10am. McDonald's are few notches up from their US counterpart. We ordered Egg cheese sausage McMuffin and the muffin was fluffy, eggs tasted fresh and sausage actually quite juicy. The cost of 3 breakfast was about US$10.

The sausage McMuffin is only 180y. It’s delicious like what we got in North America. The place is average clean. You need to go through procedure to get free wifi. We ordered from the kiosk and we got the food quite fast. They have paper like napkins. I suggest the tourists should bring their own mailings or toaster paper.
