I appreciate the friendly and courteous staff in this Starbucks. It was easy to order in English. And our drinks were done right and were out quickly. Read more2025年3月25日午後9時10分に注文を受けたスタッフの一人に、非常に失礼な対応をされました。私は長年日本に住んでおり、日本の素晴らしい接客サービスを常に評価してきましたが、このような無礼な対応を受けたのは初めてです。
私が日本語で注文をしており、スタッフも日本語で対応していました。彼女が「お店は9時30分に閉店します」と言った際、その意図を完全には理解できず、確認のために質問しました。しかし、彼女は丁寧に説明するのではなく、突然声を荒らげ、「お店は9時30分に閉まるので、それまでに終わらせなければなりません!」と、必要以上に大きな声で攻撃的に言いました。
長旅の後、このような対応を受けたことは非常に残念であり、到底受け入れられません。店舗の責任者の方には、このスタッフに対して適切な対応を取るか、今後お客様に対して日本の接客水準にふさわしい敬意とプロ意識を持って対応するよう指導していただきたいです。
I had an extremely rude experience with one of the staff members who took my order on March 25, 2025, at 9:10 PM. As a long-term resident of Japan, I have always appreciated the country’s exceptional customer service, but I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior before.
I was placing my order in Japanese, and the staff member was responding in Japanese as well. When she mentioned that the shop closes at 9:30 PM, we didn’t fully grasp her context and asked for clarification. Instead of explaining politely, she abruptly raised her voice and rudely said, “The shop closes at 9:30, and we have to finish before that!” in an unnecessarily loud and aggressive manner.
After a long and exhausting trip, this kind of treatment was both disappointing and unacceptable. I urge the store manager to take appropriate action against this staff member or ensure that she treats customers with the respect and professionalism...
