While visiting Niigata, we went as a group (family) of 4 to eat diner at the restaurant. We ate differents dishes such as chicken curry, beef curry, pork soup, salad and everything was great. The rice was especially excellent. The service was very good...

古き町並みが残る人情横丁の食堂。オーガニック食材や無添加食材を積極的に使用している、体に優しい定食が魅力。

店主イチオシの豚汁は具沢山で野菜、お肉をたっぷり摂取でき、体も温まる最高の逸品。個人的にはそのまま少しいただいた後、ゆず七味をふりかけて食べるのがオススメ。具を頬張り汁を啜ると無添加野菜とこだわりお肉の優しい味わいの豚汁が少しのスパイシーさとゆずのさっぱりした香りを帯びて味蕾を刺激し、たまらずご飯をかきこんでしまう。この繰り返しであっという間に完食してしまう。三種の小鉢もしっかり美味しく、全く隙が無い。

豚汁以外にオススメなメニューがもう一つ。単品メニューの「ささみ、大葉、チーズの春巻2コ」である。絶対にウマい3ピースが春巻きのぱりぱりの衣に包まれた食べ物なんて、ウマいに決まっているのだ。是非、豚汁とご飯と共にかきこんでいただきたい。
