Unassuming milk-centric cafe that does an extensive array of freshly made soft serve (milk, strawberries, ramune & soda, chocolate mint, black sesame, caramel, mango, melon, chocolate) that, while they may not look picture perfect, certainly tastes great. The chocolate mint one was one of the best chocolate ice creams I've had. The strawberry was also very aromatic. A typical coffee and light food shop that one used to be able to find at every onsen town. Unfortunately many of these seem to be have been replaced by tax free pharmacies or modern cafes, so I was pleasantly surprised to still be able to find one here. The food and drinks are okay, as expected from these small shops, but it’s the nostalgia that I’m recommend coming here for. There’s also a good variety of soft serves, so...
